Goal Review and What Next?
A little note from me....
I have created this online programme for early postpartum recovery because, through working with others who have experienced a loss, I know that your precious postpartum body both deserves it and needs it. My hope is that it becomes a positive part of your grief journey as you start to regain physical strength and emotional reconnection with your body. Thank you for letting me be part of your experience, I consider it a real privilege, and I am sending you so much care and encouragement as you begin your exercise journey.
