I was blindsided when my baby died at full term. I initially found it hard to find postnatal support for mums who have experienced loss. I was triggered by my body and scared of causing harm after a C-Section. The PABL Project has made an enormous difference when I felt so alone. I am so grateful to have been able to take part alongside other mums in a safe space, under Jenni’s expert guidance. I have gained strength both mentally and physically over the weeks.
