The online classes through Lenny’s Legacy have been a lifeline for me. Having guidance from a grief-informed physio has been invaluable, particularly regarding pelvic floor awareness and control. Both the classes and groups chats are run so that bereaved mothers feel safe and supported. There is nothing else available like this, and I feel so lucky that my counsellor pointed me in their direction.
