What personal data may be collected and why?
Website Contact Form
Your personal data that you provide in the online contact form is emailed directly to the business email account (hello@thepablproject.com). This data is used to be able to respond to your enquiry. Once your enquiry form has been responded to, the contact form is then deleted.
Downloading and Purchasing Products
When you download or purchase a product from The PABL Project, the personal information that you provide within the checkout area is stored securely by Payhip, the website platform provider (please see Payhip’s Privacy Policy for further information) and made available to The PABL Project via the secure Payhip platform, which is password protected. No financial information is available to The PABL Project or Payhip as all financial transactions are dealt with via Stripe or PayPal (you are encouraged to read the Privacy Policies of both). When you make a purchase or download, your email address will be added to a mailing list (see Mailing List below).
Postpartum Recovery Programme
If you choose to complete any areas within the programme that are submitted, i.e. goal setting, these answers will be stored securely by Payhip and visible to The PABL Project only. Goal setting submissions will be used to assess the effectiveness of the programme and may be collated and published anonymously. By completing this section, you are agreeing to this action. If you choose to leave a review then this information may be collated and published anonymously. If you choose to leave a written review then you are consenting to this being shared publicly.
Mailing List
By providing your email address for the mailing list, your email address will be securely stored online (via Mailchimp) and you may receive service updates and newsletters occasionally based on work related activities. You can opt out of the mailing list at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of each email that is sent out or by emailing hello@thepablproject.com
Group Classes
If you attend group classes at the Alder Centre, the personal information that you provide in the registration form and the optional feedback form will be securely held electronically, via Jotform, which is password protected. Please refer to the Jotform Privacy Policy for further information.
The data is used to be able to communicate with you about the classes and to tailor the group classes to your own individual needs.
Links to other websites
The PABL Project website contains links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave The PABL Project site, you should note that The PABL Project does not have any control over that other website, and can therefore not be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
Who will your personal information be shared with?
The PABL Project will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to anyone without your permission, or unless it is required by law to do so.
What rights you have over your data?
Under the GDPR you have the right to request copies of information that The PABL Project holds about you, the right to correct any mistakes in your information and the right to withdraw these permissions at any time by writing.
Where will your data be sent?
Completed contact forms submitted via the website may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
All other data is not sent onto anywhere else without prior consent
